She runs and coordinates the work with her project manager. She takes charge of updating the project accounts and finalises the execution documents. Serenity Thanks to very regular meetings with all the team, she ensures that the project advances smoothly and that completion deadlines are respected. She checks estimates and contracts with partner businesses and takes care of relations with them. She coordinates the implementation of the project through to completion, totally freeing you from the constraints of supervising the work.
